outstanding Illinois State team.
Illinois is 19-5 this year and Brandon is averaging
20 minutes per game scoring 7 points per game and 5 rebounds
per game and is
considered their outstanding 6th man. His rebounding and all around toughness
has been invaluable.
Brandon started out playing for Branch West Red and was always on a full
scholarship with us as his family
was not
in a position to afford things. Brandon
was always extremely appreciative and one of the finest young men we ever
had play for Branch West. He utimately earned his way onto Branch West
Reebok and had a suberb spring teaming
with Taylor Rochestie (Washington State)
to a tremendous showing for the Kingwood Classic in Houston. Bob Gottlieb
got
Brandon a full
scholarship to Howard County Community College (Texas) where he was
a two time All-Stater and
ultimately signed at Illinios State. All recruiting
assistance on Brandon's behalf was done at no cost to his family. |
