| Chuck Register has been involved with Branch West Basketball for
over 10 years. Chuck is originaly from Harlem in NY City and knew Bob Gottlieb
from way back when. When Coach Bob Gottlieb was actually plaing in the famed
Rucker Summer League in Harlem. Coach Gottlieb was a player/coach in those days
and was the only white player in the entire league, made a great many life long
friends of which Chuck Register is one. Not only has Chuck coached for me at
Branch West but his son Jason was an outstanding player for BWBA when he was in
high school. Chuck is not only an outstanding basketball person but has great
people skills. Parents and athletes have always enjoyed playing for him.

| Bio: John is a former Head Coach of Riverside Poly H.S. in Riverside, CA. He also is the former Superintendant of school for the Banning, CA school district. John was on basketball scholarship to the Univeristy of Arkansas where he played 2 years for Coach Lanny Van Eman before transfering to Pittsburgh State in Kansas where he graduated and finished his college career. John did a great job for us Coaching at the addidas Memorial Day Tournament at UCLA this past spring. And hopefully will be a fixture coaching Branch West teams in the future. |
