Ray is a committed youngster, who has working his tail off to improve his overall speed, quickness and explosiveness under the guidance of Marv Marinovich.  He averaged 22 ppg and 10 rebs and 3 blocks/g.   He also carries  a 4.0 gpa and is being heavily recruited.  He had an excellent spring for BWBA but unfortunately suffered a knee injury in June and had surgery in early August and should be good as new by October.   Ray is a special young man who has NBA potential, given continued normal maturation and physical development.  He has an excellent variety of moves with his back to the basket and will be a go to scorer in college.  He is an above average rebounder and pretty good shot blocker.  best of all, he has good physical toughness and is a first rate competitor.

Frank is a talented, explosive athlete and a go to scorer with the game on the line. He is a slasher who will dunk on you, but one with a soft feathery jumper with range. He is even more adept at putting it on the floor and creating his own jumper or drive. He led BWBA Orange to the Finals of Mats’ EBO Memorial Day Tournament. He averaged 18 ppg, 5 rebs and 4 assists/g this past year at Selmar H. S. coached by the very likeable Bort Escoto. Bob Gottlieb got Frank a scholarship to Maine Central Institute, one of the premier basketball prep schools in the USA, where he had an outstanding season this year.
